In 2023, it’s hard to go a day without thinking about, hearing or considering the cost of living crisis and how it’s impacting each and every one of us in pretty much every aspect of our lives. This is something we’re extremely mindful of when considering our costs and prices. A recent study, conducted by Car Dealer Magazine showed that unsurprisingly, 34.5% of all drivers have stated they will hold onto their existing car for longer than originally planned, as costs and lack of disposable income has a huge impact. For us as a garage focused on customer service, this is hugely significant, as it means more drivers will need to maintain a healthy car for a longer period of time than perhaps, we have ever seen before. More than ever, it’s paramount that as an independent garage, we continue to offer a more than affordable, quality experience for every owner and their vehicle.
