John Delany Motors has teamed up with Stockport Charity – Smart Works. From the 1st – 8th March, a team of six staff will be getting in the saddle and cycling 100 miles each to raise money for the charity’s annual sponsored cycling challenge.

The charity supports unemployed women from across Greater Manchester and the North West. They have a dedicated team on board providing coaching sessions for women looking to get back into employment. In addition they also offer a styling service too, providing women with free interview appropriate clothing. The charity gives women the confidence and self-belief to enable them to secure a new job.

Our team will be clocking up the miles on one of two exercise bikes in the workshop, we’re pedalling away in the gym, getting the miles in cycling to work and going on a group bike ride at the weekend.
